Return Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • For any products received damaged, we offer store credit. To submit a claim, please text our customer care line at (646-479-8528) with a description of the issue and photo proof. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and undecorated/unprinted. All claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the purchase date.ย 
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you carefully review and select the correct sizes, colors, and items before completing your purchase at checkout.
  • We cannot alter or change any existing orders. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Refunds for cancelled orders take 1โ€“10 business days to process.
  • If our policy does not meet your needs, please text our customer care line at (646-479-8528) to discuss your situation. In certain circumstances, we may offer a refund subject to a 30% restocking fee.
